10/28/05 CaluTech
of Georgia opens for business. The new Georgia distribution
facility will handle all sales in the State of Georgia
with direct support from CaluTech
of Illinois, the corporate headquarters.
11/1/05 CaluTech announces the launch of its New York
& New Jersey distribution for customers of these
states. Five
Star Maintenance of Jefferson, NJ has partnered
with CaluTech as the main distribution point for the
New England area.

CaluTech offers different options when
it comes to working with our corporation
as a reseller of our products. There are
three different types of programs we offer,
and all three are described below:
Program 1 / Affiliates
The CaluTech affiliate
program is a free reseller program that
is mainly for website owners or Internet
marketers who don't have a customer base
to sell to or the funds needed for advertising.
To put it quite simply, it's a program that
lets you earn extra money with no investment
at all within our company. The program has
a 30 second application form that can be
filled out right from your Web browser and
submitted to us instantly. Within hours
an email is sent back to the applicant informing
them if they are approved. No personal information
is collected other than the payment address,
email address for payment notifications,
phone number should we need to contact the
applicant, and website address if applicable.
This program records visitor information
within our database. The applicant is assigned
a unique identification number and that
number is emailed to the applicant in a
special link. When that link is clicked
our database records the visitors information
and monitors that visitors activity on our
site for 180 days, should the visitor leave
and come back later. When the visitor makes
a purchase on our site the affiliate is
credited with 30% of the total sale price
automatically, including any shipping charged.
Checks are mailed out monthly to affiliates.
The average commission per sale is just

Program 2 / Dealers
The CaluTech dealer program is a reseller
program that is mainly for website owners
with a client base, company owners or employees
in a related industry (eg. HVAC, sales,
service), sales companies (eg. A/C - heating
parts counters), or any company/individual
with the desire to earn a lot of money and
the willingness to chase their dreams. The
CaluTech product has an extraordinary market
and any one person can easily achieve a
six figure income, or more, if they're willing
to put in the time to introduce and sell
the product. This program has 2 different
options for its setup. The first option
is to become a dealer of the product and
sell it as CaluTech. The second option is
to become a dealer of the product and sell
it under your own name. This basically means
CaluTech becomes your manufacturer but you
are your own company with your own product
line. Private label can be set-up for $18,000
per year. Private label includes private
label shipping, instructions, documents,
brochures & a lot more. No other company
manufactures for CaluTech. All of it, 100%,
is done by us. You are not dealing with
a "middle man" but the actual
manufacturer, buying factory direct. To

inventory security deposit of $1,500.00.

Program 3 / Exclusive Sales Rights
The Calutech distributor program is a sales
ownership opportunity. Taking over sales
in an entire state or section of counties
is a lot of work, and requires a lot of
advertising to be a success. You should
not consider the distributor program unless
you are certain of your financial condition
and financial ability to do so. The exclusive
sales opportunity is an excellent way to
go into business for yourself as a CaluTech
distribution center if you live in an area
where there is a good market for the CaluTech
products. One of the easiest ways to see
just how large your market is would be to
open your local yellow pages and lookup
the service companies for air conditioners,
or HVAC. Often you will find a few companies
servicing your area, but when you see dozens
of them you know the market in your area
is rather large. This is common in large
metropolitan areas where the population
is high. CaluTech grants you exclusive sales
rights, including any we generate, for the
territory you assume, whether it be an entire
state or a section of counties within a
state. In addition, any dealers (see left
column) selling in your territory have to
buy from you at their discounted price,
yet you still profit since distributors
have the lowest price available.
